Dr. Norma Davis has more than 30 years of business management experience in service and manufacturing environments. Norma has both financial and operational experience and is the co-founder of Vino Vice, Inc.,

Dr. Davis currently serves as an adjunct professor for Pepperdine University, St. George’s University and the University of La Verne, Central Coast Campus in the school of Business and Public Management. She has also taught Strategy, Management, Operations Management, Operations Planning and Control at California State University, Fullerton and the University of Redlands to both upper division undergraduate and graduate students.
Norma received her doctoral degree in Executive Management from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Her coursework concentrated on organizational behavior and strategic management. Her research focuses on organizational culture and leadership and their impact on workplace behavior. Norma earned both her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University.
